Hi There!

I'm Andrew Hall. I currently lead the Reporting & Analytics team in Corporate Claims Operations at Molina Healthcare, where I build automated reporting and dashboards for VP and Director-level stakeholders overseeing 23 state health plans. My day-to-day work is in Databricks SQL, Power BI, and Excel where I turn claims operations data into workable action items that leadership can actually use.

What I love most about this work is identifying potential trends in data and then pulling the thread. Sometimes it's a piece of lint, sometimes the sweater unravels entirely. One of my favorite projects was a daily report flagging claims with no activity in five days - a deceptively simple idea that surfaced an entire population of aged claims sitting in a no-man's-land between teams. That's the kind of analysis that can change how a department operates and the type of impactful work that I love doing.
